Konnen Consulting was founded in 2021 on decades of experience in business by Chandra Amann. She saw a need to help struggling businesses take charge of their processes and hand-selected a team of consultants that she knew could get the job done. We wanted more businesses to succeed and the members of Konnen Consulting had the knowledge and experience to do so.

Chandra has been working in the industry for years so it was a natural progression into consulting. But it is her focus on helping improve employees’ reception and incorporation of changes in the company that sets Konnen above the rest. The diversity of the team brings a well-balanced and unique skill set to create out-of-the-box solutions as well as individualized support through the change process.

We are members of PMI (Project Management Institute), the world’s leading project management organization that allows us to equip ourselves with the tools and skills needed to deliver better project outcomes.

Konnen Consulting has headquarters on both coasts in Scottsdale, AZ, and New York, NY, to best serve our clients across the nation.

Chandra Amann

Chandra has over 20 years of customer experience-focused work, including sales, onboarding, technical sales engineering, operations, and success management. Through her leadership and guidance, Chandra’s customers find where they can best and most readily achieve success through process improvement projects both large and small. Chandra’s broad experience (government, real estate, insurance, healthcare) and ability to leverage analytics have helped lead multiple M&A successes. Chandra remains focused on simplifying and integrating people and processes and is a Certified Scrum Master and Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt.

From educators that understand how to engage adult learners to ensure functional knowledge of the information; to industry specific consultants that bring 1st hand bottom to top experience to the table. Her team can revise and update processes and procedures in addition to overseeing the educational components of those updates.
